The Position
The Director will spearhead financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and provide technical expertise for the Capital Markets function. This role includes developing and implementing advanced financial models to support sponsor ventures as needed. Additionally, the Director will independently manage property-level debt financing and oversee the entire transactional process.
- Spearhead the initiation and organization of corporate and property-level debt and equity financing
- Conduct property-level financial analysis to forecast future cash flows
- Helm the examination and negotiation of mortgages, construction loans, and various credit facilities
- Guide the review and negotiation of property-level equity LOIs and joint venture agreements
- Orchestrate all due diligence processes and support loan closing preparation and follow-up matters
- Supervise the creation of offering memorandums and related marketing collateral
- Contribute to the development of diverse presentations, including committee memos and summary reports
- Design and implement sophisticated financial models
