Job Summary
Director – Data Centre Leasing | FranceWe're looking for a Data Centre Leasing Director to grow a leading advisory and leasing platform in France. You'll advise operators, developers, and occupiers on leasing strategy, positioning, and deal execution in one of the fastest-moving sectors around.
What you'll be doing
- Running leasing deals for hyperscale, neocloud, and large enterprise occupiers
- Building occupier relationships and deal pipeline across the French market
- Owning deals end-to-end, from site identification through to lease completion
- Advising on power-led requirements and technical considerations (MW, phasing, build-to-suit, shell vs colo)
- Running market sweeps and shortlists for large-scale capacity requirements
- Coordinating with developers, operators, utilities, and technical teams
- Preparing client materials - transaction papers, financial comparisons, option analyses
- Covering the full site selection process across greenfield, brownfield, and operational sites
- Strong existing network within the French data centre market
- Background in data centre leasing, hyperscale advisory, or complex transactions in real estate or telecoms
- Solid understanding of power, scale, and technical constraints affecting site selection
- Track record executing high-value, long-lead leasing deals
- Commercially sharp with strong financial and analytical ability
- Fluent in both French and English - essential
- Organised and resilient, comfortable juggling multiple complex deals at once
- RICS charter preferred
- 5-7 years of sales experience with a strong track record hitting targets
- Data centre project experience a big plus
