Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Team: Direct and oversee the expansion of the team alongside the owner, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of building surveying methodologies to manage and execute complex surveys.
- Valuation Expertise: Ideally, possess experience in property valuations, particularly within the residential sector.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and guidance on building surveys.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and generate new business within the ultra-high-end residential sector.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all surveying work meets the highest industry standards and adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, property regulations, and industry innovations to provide relevant and valuable advice to clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MRICS qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in building surveying within a residential team, particularly in the ultra-high-end residential sector.
