Unlock your potential as a Property Surveyor and take your career to new heights with a dynamic team!We are currently working exclusively with a local government based in Kent who are seeking a Disposals, Acquisition and Investment Surveyor to join their organisation.
As part of their dedicated surveying team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of properties, handling tasks such as disposal, acquisition, and investment of owned properties.
Your expertise and professionalism will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional property advice, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing value for the organization.
This role is offering up to £45,000 plus an annual retention bonus and a hybrid working policy of c. 2 days per week in the office with one day designated to site visits.
