Job Summary
Our client is a leading global quick-service restaurant brand. Established in the US more than 70 years ago, they have expanded to open over 100 locations in South Africa in the past decade. Known for their outstanding customer service and high-quality offerings, their headquarters are located in Cape Town, with a secondary office in the Gauteng Region. They are currently looking to hire a District Manager to oversee the Polokwane area, which includes 10-12 restaurants.Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing day to day operations of restaurants
• Regular site visits and inspection thereof
• Monthly reporting on restaurant performance
• Managing and training staff members
• Monitoring restaurant budgets
• Ensuring that brand standards, policies and procedures are adhered to
• Compiling P&L projections
• Variance analysis of each outlet
• Asist in developing new strategies
To be considered for this role you will need:
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 5 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant
• Proven staff management abilities
• Excellent Financial skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
