Our client is a highly esteemed property management agency with a strong presence in the Western Cape and Gauteng. Specializing in both commercial and residential body corporates and professional associations, they are renowned for delivering exceptional end-to-end services to their valued clients.They are currently seeking to fill a vacancy in their Cape Town team for the role of Estate Manager. This position will involve overseeing multiple complexes in the Century City area. The Estate Manager will be responsible for liaising with and managing contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with scheme rules, maintaining security operations and systems, attending relevant meetings, compiling minutes, and conducting site inspections. Additional duties include processing payments to service providers, collecting quotes, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of buildings.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a matric certificate and a minimum of three years of experience as an Estate Manager. Experience in sectional title management is advantageous, and having a personal vehicle is essential. Strong communication skills, staff management capabilities, and excellent administrative skills are crucial for success in this role.
