Job Summary
This client-side employer is seeking an Estates Surveyor for a role based in the Northern Home Counties. The company manages a mixed portfolio that includes both occupied and investment commercial properties, as well as some residential assets. They are looking for an experienced Estates Manager to work in the office alongside the Property Director to maximise financial returns and safeguard the company's property assets.As an experienced candidate, you will be Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, proven ability to identify opportunities and drive both income and value, a hands-on, proactive attitude, attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and a valid driving license is required, as the role involves conducting site inspections across the entire estate, including several high-profile sites in Central London.
