Job Summary
We are delighted to be working with one of the foremost leading industrial and logistics property developers who need a first class Executive Assistant to support the Head of their Northampton OfficeThis is a a superb opportunity for a talented Executive Assistant to join a business that is thriving, growing and embodies a collaborative, thoughtful and creative culture. You will be supporting the Head of the Northampton Office and Managing Development Director so an experienced individual, confident working with senior executives at C-suite level is needed.
This will be a varied and fast paced role so you will need to have the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at different levels of the business and and manage multiple (and often conflicting) priorities effectively. Your communication skills (both verbal and written) must be clear and engaging as will be your ability to exercise excellent judgement, acting with diplomacy and professionalism at all times. You will be an excellent team player and have a positive, can-do attitude, with a high level of personal resilience. A natural problem solver, self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative.
Skills and qualifications sought:
- An advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite is essential. (Experience of using Sharepoint would be advantageous)
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- High degree of emotional intelligence, diplomacy and integrity with the ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Exceptional organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with fantastic multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- At least 2 years EA experience working for Executive level Director(s)
- A full and clean driving license
- Experience within real estate would be advantageous but is not essential.
