Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Design and develop facade concepts that align with the overall architectural vision and project goals.
- Produce detailed facade drawings, specifications, and renderings for construction documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of facade designs.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to oversee facade construction and address any design-related issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation for reference and future use.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facade design, preferably within the architectural or construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, building information modeling (BIM), and other design tools.
