Job Summary
Macdonald & Company are working exclusively with a new client who are a West End, multi -disciplinary real estate consultancy.They’re looking to make 2 hires with one being for an IOSH qualified Facilities Manager.
They have a range of clients from private investors, prop co’s, funds and HNWI’s.
This opportunity is to join a team of energised and highly driven team of property professionals.
You’ll be tasked with the following aspects:
- Responsible for a portfolio of properties to ensure compliance with all H&S requirements and management agreements
- Carrying out regular monthly inspections of each property, completing the inspection on the App based system.
- Ensure reactive and routine repairs and requests are adequately processed on the CAFM system instructing the appropriate approved contractor.
- Contractor administration – contracts, Purchase Orders, H&S documentation in line with company policy and procedure, using of Permits to work for high risk works.
- Ensure occupiers are kept up to date with reactive and planned maintenance works as required
- Attend client meetings, preparing meeting reports, providing meaningful commentary during meetings.
- Prepare Service Charge Budgets and budget packs considering all works required for the coming year, review of Service Charge end of year reporting.
- Attend regular supplier meetings deal with all issues as required
Salary up to £60,000 + pension + great incentives
- IOSH qualification essential
- Minimum 2 years’ FM experience
- Experience of Health and Safety compliance systems essential
