  • Maintain accurate records of bank loans, financing schedules, covenants and related obligations, and liaise with banks and financial institutions where required.
  • Coordinate audits, tax filings and regulatory requirements, including corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax and property tax matters, while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Liaise closely with auditors, tax advisors, banks, consultants and other external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
  • Partner with property management, asset management and leasing teams to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting and ongoing business initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, while supporting process improvements, operational efficiencies and ad hoc strategic projects.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA / CA / ACCA preferred.
  • Approximately 8–12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, ideally within property management, real estate, property investment or asset management environments.
