Job Summary
A leading Data Centre developer, owner-operator is searching for a seasoned professional with a passion for finance and operations to join their team as a Finance Manager, on a full-time basis in Singapore, and oversee multiple Asian jurisdictions, including Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, and Korea.Key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:
- Process Optimization: Review and enhance finance and accounting processes for all comany entities, minimizing risks and ensuring proper governance.
- Administration Management: Supervise outsourced administrators and offshore bookkeepers, ensuring service-level agreements and KPIs are met.
- Offshore Setup: Support the establishment of offshore operating companies, handling office setup, payroll, and licensing requirements.
- System Implementation: Participate in system implementation projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed by corporate entities.
- Financial Oversight: Manage general accounting, monthly/quarterly/year-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Tax Compliance: Review tax filings and collaborate with tax agents and corporate tax authorities.
- Audit Coordination: Handle statutory audit compliance, maintaining audit schedules, and working closely with auditors.
- Corporate Governance: Coordinate board meetings and resolutions related to finance, audits, and banking.
- Expense Management: Oversee time allocation, expense reconciliation, and employee expense reports.
- Banking Operations: Manage bank accounts, user maintenance, and cash flow for all company entities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance operations and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and audit procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
