Job Summary

A fund structured, vertically integrated real developer with a national portfolio of industrial assets is looking for an additional Fund Accountant to be responsible for daily bookkeeping of fund and other business entities handled in-house. The business has invested equity, acquired, redeveloped self storage assets across the country, boasting a national portfolio of over 350 self storage facilities. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and have 1-3 years of general bookkeeping or related experience in Accounting. Further responsibilities will including the preparation of Financial Statements and Bank Reconciliations; Month-end/Quarterly closings; Monthly/Quarterly accruals; Investor Report Packaging; as well as assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for in-house entity annual tax returns. The HQ is based in WPB and offer a hybrid home/office schedule. You should expect to be in the office x3 days a week.
