Job Summary
Our top tier PERE Investment Manager client investing in core plus & value add commercial and residential assets in Germany / Pan European locations is actively seeking a Fund manager for their Berlin location.Responsibilities:
- Management of portfolios of core plus & value add commercial and residential assets in Germany / Pan European as part of investment processes
- Development of portfolio concepts based on qualitative and quantitative criteria
- Attending and presenting at investment committee meetings, acquisitions, and internal committees
- Assisting in data migration
- Setting up structuring around funds, transfer price agreements, full management of that structure
- Interfacing with asset management team on the ground and the internal reporting team
- 5-10 years experience in Fund or Portfolio Management
- Experience in Investor Relations
- German, business fluent/ native and English, very good skills
- Very good analytical skills & exceptional working experience with MS Excel
- High motivation and affection for real estate and finance
