Job Summary
A highly entrepreneurial privately owned Prop Co/Investor/Developer are looking for an ambitious Real Estate Graduate to join their team in the West Midlands.This is a rare opportunity to add value to a mixed commercial portfolio which covers industrial, retail, leisure, office, hospitality, etc. You will work on all aspects of the portfolio including; asset enhancement initiatives, acquisitions, disposals, development. This would suit someone from either an Asset/Estates/Portfolio Management, or a Development Management background.
