As they continue to expand, they are looking for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Surveyor to join the Commercial Property Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within the commercial property sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of commercial property assets on behalf of a diverse client base.
- Conduct property inspections and assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support in preparing and reviewing property & asset management strategies to enhance property value.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and landlords, providing day-to-day management of assets.
- Assist in lease negotiations, rent reviews, and tenant management.
- Analyse market trends and provide reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of service charge budgets and property-related financial reporting.
- Work closely with senior surveyors and senior members of the team on larger projects.
What They're Looking For:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Ambition to become a Chartered Surveyor (RICS).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- An understanding of commercial property markets and a passion for property management.
