Job Summary
A globally renowned financial institution is looking for a Director of APAC Research and Strategy to support their regional real estate team covering investment, asset management and investor relations, will involve in fund raising as well as strategic initiatives. It is newly created position. Based in Hong Kong or Singapore.This role requires minimal 10 years of relevant working experience, must have regional real estate research experience, solid experience in analysing macro economy and financial markets in the real estate sectors, as well as in producing internal research reports.
