Job Summary
Our client is a well known HK listed developer and they are now seeking for Head of Finance.Job Description:
- Responsible for all financial closing, consolidation and management reporting
- In charge of preparing financial budgets and forecast and monitor the financial position of the Group
- Perform and evaluate financial analysis, potential business activities and transactions such as M&A, or other forms of investment
- Key person to liaise with external parties and internal stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or other related disciplines;
- CPA Qualified member with at least 15 years finance & account experience gained from real estate industry
- Analytical mind, detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
