As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s culture, talent acquisition, and employee development. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to build the HR team and drive HR strategies that align with their business goals.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development plans.
Training and Development: Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
HR Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company values.
Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives and create an inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as an HR leader, ideally within the real estate or property development industry.
Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive organizational change.
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience.
Passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence.
