Job Summary
This is a very broad role. It encompasses practice wide responsibilities for technical specifications, risk, contracts and best practice for project management. There is also an element of legal to the role.The role sits with a very well respected, design-led architecture practice. They are doing very well for themselves at the moment. Last year the practice turned a record profit, and they are busier than ever with new schemes. The practice has grown from 60 to 100 people and as a result, has plenty of career opportunities for both existing and new staff to move in to.
All the duties of this role have been being dealt with by various people within the practice. Now the practice is bigger, they feel that it should be brought under one umbrella and developed both as an internal service and an external service to clients. This presents a big opportunity for somebody to take ownership, evolve the services and likely in due course, create a team.
