Job Summary
Our client is a reputable HK developer and they are now seeking for HR officer to support on all rounded HR functions.Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions such as payroll administration, MPF, taxation, work injury case, recruitment & etc;
- Maintain & update employee data and salary and bonus research, salary structure review;
- Assistant in implementing HR related policies and procedures;
- Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree holder in any disciplines or major in HRM would be an advantage
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR practice
- Independent,positive working attitude, presentable, well-organized with
- Good command of both English and Cantonese
- Short notice will be an advantage
