Macdonald & Company have been instructed by one of the leading consultancy/ advisors who specialise within the industrial / logistics sector. With over 60 years in operation our client focus predominantly within London and the Home Counties.Due to the growth of their team they’re looking to appoint a Director/ Associate Director to join their department.
The role requires a surveyor with disposal and acquisitions experience in the industrial and logistics sector focusing on London and the South East, who can develop client relationships and implement comprehensive leasing strategies.
You will develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for industrial and logistics properties to maximise occupancy rates for clients. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, prop co’s, developers, and agents within the sector and conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, market conditions, and potential opportunities.
