Job Summary
This client-side employer is seeking to bring an interim Estates Surveyor on board to join their North London team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Property Director, operating with a high level of autonomy and initiative to resolve a wide range of property management cases. These will include marketing and letting vacant properties, conducting rent reviews and lease renewals, overseeing evictions, managing rent collection, and coordinating necessary building works. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will manage annual service charges for external tenants and handle the property aspects of acquisitions, lettings, licenses, and other disposals as required. You'll also provide expert advice on Asset Management matters, including conducting valuations for acquisitions, disposals, and lettings.The ideal candidate will be an experienced property professional who is available to start at short notice and can commit to a six-month period. This interim position falls within IR35, offering a competitive daily rate of £300 to £350.
