Job Summary
This well-respected Consultancy client is looking for an Interim (FM) Mobilisation Manager to assist in the setting up of a new contract on a Berkshire based residential development. You will be an experienced FM professional and have demonstrable experience in mobilising FM contracts, ideally on residential developments, but commercial will also be considered.In addition to the mobilisation, you will also help in the day to day facilities management, helping to manage and develop the Estates Services team and to oversee the soft services teams which include Public realm, Security, Waste operatives, cleaning staff and maintenance operatives. This is an immediate requirement and is expected to last until at least February 2024, paid on an Umbrella day rate basis inside IR35.
