Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Investment Analyst with a focus on Real Estate to join an esteemed Family Office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the analysis of investments, business plans, portfolio management, and reporting across the entire real estate cycle. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with building pivot tables, possess a solid understanding of financial analysis, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel. While prior experience of 1-3 years is preferred, recent graduates with substantial internships are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of real estate investments, business plans, and portfolio performance.
- Proficiently build and manipulate pivot tables for data analysis purposes.
- Manage and control real estate financing activities, including arranging and overseeing property tours with banks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of investment strategies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of real estate business plans.
- Operate across the entire real estate cycle, from initial investment analysis to portfolio management and reporting.
- Fluent in both English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners.
- No requirement to come from a residential real estate background; diverse industry backgrounds are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, or recent graduates with solid internships.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to create and work with pivot tables.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of real estate financing and portfolio management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
