Job Summary
Macdonald & Company have been retained by a market leading retail agency to source a Senior Retail Investment Director.They are market leaders in their field with nearly 40 years experience and due to growth and new mandates they are looking to appoint at a senior level.
They have transacted on over £200m worth of retail investments in the past 12 months alone. They are small and incredibly hard working and high performing team.
Are you interested in joining them?
You will be able to self-generate as well as assist existing team’s instructions/clients
Only those who are ambitious and self motivated should apply
You will be initiating, managing and delivering sales and acquisitions
Experience in retail is preferred but not necessary
A team player, with a strong work ethic and commitment to the role, with an ability to perform under pressure
You’ll be confident and able to perform high standards of client care and professional standards
Applicants must have extensive experience within the retail space with the ability to bring new clients across in to this new role. Only those with the suitable experience will be considered.
Package up to £100,000 + Bonus

Associate Director to Director Appointments
- Senior appointment of someone who is going to self-generate as well as assist existing team’s instructions/clients.
- Self motivated candidates who takes responsibility for initiating, managing and delivering sales and acquisitions
- Experience in retail is good but not necessary. Open minded/interested in wider spectrum of in town uses.
- 3-4 years + post qualified. Open minded to age profile for Director appointment although less keen on 50+.
- Has a developed agency and client contact book.
- A team player, with a strong work ethic and commitment to the role, with an ability to perform under pressure
