Job Summary
Our client is a well-established and respected real estate development and investment company with a strong presence in Singapore and across Asia. With a rich history and track-record in commercial real estate, this established group have successfully grown and diversified our real estate portfolio, making us a prominent player in the industry. Currently expanding their investments footprint in Australia and Japan, our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Manager to join the Singapore HQ team and play a pivotal role in driving further growth of their overseas real estate portfolio.The Job:
- Responsible for sourcing, monitoring, evaluating and analysing overseas and local property investment opportunities
- Conduct research, monitor market trends, prepare regular market and transaction updates as well as benchmarking reports to support investment decisions relating to asset portfolio
- Involve in valuation exercises and evaluation of investment opportunities, due diligence review, acquisitions underwriting, deal modelling and structuring, financing and negotiation of deal terms
- Work with Leasing/ Marketing and Property Management teams to ensure alignment and optimise revenue
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with consultants, brokers, banks, investment managers and partners in markets of interest
The person:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate from a reputable university with at least 6 years of relevant experience with a property developer, real estate investment house or investment funds
- Familiar with the real estate markets in Singapore, Australia and/ or Japan
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative skills with proven proficiency in financial analysis and modelling is essential
- Strong business and financial acumen with track records in investment management
- Highly resourceful with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
