Investor Relations - Analyst

We have partnered exclusively with a global real estate private equity firm. 

We are looking to hire an analyst, primarily focused on project management and investor relations initiatives within their Equity Capital Markets team. The ECM team focuses on capital raising initiatives across a global set of institutional investors, including public/private pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, amongst others. This individual will be a critical part of the ECM team and participate in all aspects of the client relations/servicing process with existing and prospective investors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist with special marketing calling campaign projects as well as organizing customized marketing mailings.
  • Research Projects including:  Finding contact information for key targets, compiling lists and databases, researching information on potential targets, monitoring publication/editorial calendars to target editorial opportunities and researching photo databases for creative marketing projects.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline information to management by way of Salesforce.
  • Develop, enhance and prepare hedge fund marketing materials including monthly tear sheet and marketing deck.
  • Providing content in the development of presentations, profiles, Q&As, DDQ’s. 
  • Booking hotels and transportation, as well as restaurant reservations etc.
  • Preparing executive letters, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  • Working closely with the equity capital markets team to develop product support materials and sales ideas.

Qualified candidate must possess:
  • Strong academic credentials from a top undergraduate business program, preferably with a major in finance, economics, real estate
  • Ideally two years of relevant experience. Graduates with rior internship in the real estate private equity sector, may also be considered.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel and PowerPoint skills. Familiarity and experience with research databases
  • Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently and, in a team, setting under pressure. Focus on attention to detail and collaborative communication style.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and anticipate needs.
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Accuracy of work and attention to detail.
  • Prior knowledge of a CRM is helpful
  • Professional Reading, Writing and verbal communication of Malay is a plus
