Our client is a prominent company in the property sector. Originating from the UK, our client has been operating for over two decades. Leveraging technology and well-thought-out hiring decisions, they provide A-class cleaning, hygiene, parking, and security services to well-recognized and established companies. To join one of their boastfully growing divisions, they are looking for mature Key Account Manager for their Cleaning department. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing cost saving initiatives, provide staff with necessary training, manage new client onboarding, monitoring site performance and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements. You will also see yourself liaising with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing wages of staff within allocated portfolio, managing chemical and equipment costs, audits, inspections, drafting reports as well as assisting with management of Debtors Accounts. To qualify for this role, you will need a Matric certificate, a valid driver’s license, and your own vehicle. Additionally, you will need proven experience managing large teams, 5 years of experience within the facilities cleaning sector, 3 years of experience in a similar role and experience in managing your own portfolio of clients. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of Health and Safety Act and strong problem-solving skills.
