Job Summary
We are very pleased to once more be working with the Caravan & Motorhome Club! The current vacancy is for a Senior Architectural Technician to lead a team of two Architectural Technicians.The team use both AutoCAD and Revit. They'd love to do more work with Revit, so whilst it is not a pre-requisite to have Revit experience, anyone who has that skill set will be well received.
The Lead Architectural Technician will work closely with the Development Manager and the Planning Manager at all RIBA stages.
Projects could be anything from site masterplans, through to restaurants and amenity blocks. All of the sites are of course in stunning locations ranging from the grounds of stately homes, through to rural and coastal beauty spots.
The team currently attend the office in East Grinstead once a week. The rest of the work is done remotely. There will be occasional site visits so we imagine this role may appeal to someone who has a love for the "great outdoors".
We'd like to hear from Senior Architectural Technicians who have led small teams. We are very open to different project track records.
Salary up to £45K + private healthcare + a huge range of benefits and a pension scheme that is hugely more generous than typical schemes available in the architecture industry.
