Job Summary
One of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups, headquartered in Singapore, is searching for a Senior Executive or Manager to join their Industrial Leasing Team on a full-time basis.This position requires a deep understanding of the Singapore industrial market, strong negotiation skills, along with a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
Other key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential industrial leasing opportunities in Singapore.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners to secure exclusive leasing mandates.
- Proactively engage with potential tenants to understand their requirements and match them with suitable industrial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available industrial properties.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of leasing reports, including market analysis, vacancy rates, and rental trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the leasing process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including property management and legal, to ensure smooth lease administration and compliance.
Key requirements in this position include but are not limited to:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial leasing in Singapore, with a proven track record of successful leasing transactions.
- A registered real estate salesperson (RES) with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
- A in-depth understanding of the Singapore industrial market, including market trends, tenant requirements, and rental rates.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying leasing opportunities and closing deals.
- Meticulous in handling leasing documentation and ensuring accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve leasing objectives.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
