Job Summary
We are currently working with a client side organisation who is looking for a Maintenance Manager with residential experience. The main focus of the role is to lead and organise a team of maintenance staff and ensure that all reactive and PPM repairs are completed on time, to quality and budget and adhering to the company's health and safety policies. You will have experience of leading a team and have the ability to create maintenance schedules and delegate jobs to the team, prioritising work is essential.The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of working on a residential portfolio/estate, team management of technical staff, basic MEP skills but a good understanding of H&S regulations and requirements for repairs.
