Manager/Senior Manager – Fund ManagementHong Kong
We have exclusively partnered with a global investor who are looking to grow their fund management function. This role will focus on formulating capital strategies for the group and advising on any major M&A activity.
Job Duties:
- Conduct business and financial evaluations on the group and its capital partnership strategies to support management decisions.
- Conduct research and feasibilities study to formulate and execute portfolio strategy in Asia Pacific region across major markets and sectors.
- Manage fund models and project models to support management to carry out portfolio management and fund management.
- Conduct on-going portfolio monitoring by analysing internal data and monitoring information across key real estate markets/sectors and comparable companies/competitors around the world.
- Support establishment and execution of capital partnerships for existing and new investments.
- Any other ad hoc assignments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in finance, accounting, economics, property, business or related disciplines.
- Advanced finance and accounting knowledge and CFA holder is a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, fund management, or capital rising.
- Well-versed in financial modelling and presentation skills. Knowledge of PERE fund industry
- Excellent command of verbal and written English (one additional Asian language is a plus).
- Highly motivated, independent working and capable of working under pressure.
