Job Summary
If you're an MRICS Building Surveyor and looking for a welcoming and friendly company to work for, with a great variety of work and properties then this is definitely worth your time.This North West-based company has a myriad of properties that need looking after. They are a mixture of residential and commercial; from issues with agricultural land through to offices; there are passive new homes and a lot of the properties are Grade I and II listed as well. So when I said variety, I meant it!
Your job is to make sure they are all maintained, handling any project work if needed, carrying out condition surveys, measured surveys, making sure the occupants are carrying out their duties and ensuring that the various properties are fit for purpose and will be for the foreseeable future. You do have to be MRICS or FRICS chartered to be considered for this position.
