Job Summary
A highly commercial and successful property Developer is looking for a non-executive Director to help guide their Main Contracting/delivery arm of the business on their continuing journey.Coming from a background of delivery, construction and project management, you will use your wealth of experience as a Managing Director / CEO or similar at board level to assist them. Covering strategic thinking, planning and execution across their projects, you need to be able to analyse the needs of the business and offer astute assessments to challenge current thinking where necessary. Having experience in the residential world in particular would be extremely beneficial
The post will require circa one meeting per month in the North West, as well as being up-to-date on minutes and plans ahead of these. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
