Job Summary
A well-respected Commercial Property Investor / Developer is seeking an ambitious Operations and Community Manager to take a leading role in their new flexible workspace business.Based in Leeds city centre, you will be an integral part of the business and will take ownership of driving the revenue, profitability, and overall success of this growing enterprise.
The Operations and Community Manager will be working with our clients/tenants on a daily basis, they will be the interface and first contact the tenant has with the ownership structure.
It's important you are approachable and ultimately enjoy engaging with people and building relationships. We are looking for applications from hospitality, retail, leisure, property or similar customer facing service sector backgrounds. You will be coming in at the start of this project so you will have the ability to input into the systems and operations we put in place to ensure the success of the business.
Salary and package are flexible and will depend on experience. As well as a strong base salary there will be a bonus/commission structure based upon performance and occupancy levels.
