Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Operations team. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial role in assisting the COO in the fast-paced and high-pressure environment of our real estate project. Fluent communication in both German and English is essential, as our operations span across international boundaries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO in managing day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks, meetings, and communications for the COO.
- Act as a liaison between the COO, the Heidelberg office, the CEO in Munich and the PE investment firm in London.
- Assist in the execution of the real estate project, including land acquisition and construction contracting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Manage and maintain the COO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the COO.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
