Job Summary

A Condominium and Multifamily developer based in Miami is looking for an Owners Representative with a track record across all aspects of construction high-rise Multifamily projects. The candidate will be taking ownership of a 30-story multifamily project which has recently obtained permitting. Our client is seeking a construction savvy candidate who can demonstrate expereince from conception to completion, ensuring they meet design, budget, and schedule targets. You will likely have experience High rise experience required.


  • Project Supervision: Oversee and supervise construction endeavors, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and stringent quality benchmarks.
  • Team Management: Direct and coordinate project teams, comprising architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
  • Financial Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, conduct financial assessments, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of construction operations.
  • Design Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure project plans meet client specifications and regulatory requisites.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other invested parties.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential project risks throughout its duration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external collaborators. Proficiency in multiple languages is crucial for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Compliance Assurance: Guarantee adherence to legal, environmental, and safety regulations throughout construction endeavors.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce rigorous quality control protocols to uphold the highest standards in construction practices.
  • Reporting Duties: Deliver regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on involvement in construction project management, particularly in real estate development.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing substantial construction endeavors, particularly in high-rise projects.
  • Robust leadership abilities with a knack for effective team management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in fostering interpersonal relationships, with a preference for bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management software and relevant tools.
  • Capability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within stringent timelines.
