Title: Town Planner / Senior Town PlannerLocation: Birmingham
Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum, Benefits: car & Bonus
One of the UK's leading property consultancies of Town Planners in the UK is looking to appoint an Planner / Senior Planner to the team due to a sharp increase in instructions and evolving client portfolio.
You will be working as part of one of the leading Planning teams in Birmingham, you will be advising many private sector clients including developers, funds, investors and landowners on major projects that include estate renewal masterplans, tower redevelopments and new town centre schemes.
You are expected to manage large-scale projects whilst leading a team of junior colleagues and reporting to senior Directors. You will also have an ability to present expert and reasoned advice through the use of excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You will have worked in the private sector and have led on major planning applications in previous roles.
