I am working with one of the regions largest and most recognised private housebuilders and they are looking for either a Senior Planner or a Planning Manager. Due to continued growth, this fantastic opportunity has arsed to join a busy Planning department.
Reporting into the Land and Planning Director, you will be dealing with anything from a single bespoke house, up to and including a residential-led mixed use development of many hundreds of homes. You would also have the opportunity to promote schemes of 1,000+ through our future-land promotion initiatives and no two days ever being the same.
