As a Portfolio Manager, you will be at the heart of the action and deal making, working closely with the Regional Manager to identify, source, and secure exciting development and project loans. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our client's impressive portfolio, ensuring that each deal is meticulously managed from start to finish.
Your Mission:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients to secure development/project loans.
- Source and evaluate opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage all administrative tasks to ensure smooth and successful deal finalisation.
- A tertiary degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Commercial Property Finance.
- Exceptional numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
