A well-established planning consultancy is seeking experienced Planners to join their team. The role offers involvement in a variety of projects, including energy infrastructure, waste management, minerals, and commercial schemes. You will be part of a busy planning team, handling a varied range of planning applications for both strategic and immediate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate planning applications and environmental impact assessments
- Provide strategic and tactical planning advice
- Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Oversee sub-consultants and undertake site appraisals
- RTPI qualified (or working towards)
- Degree/Masters in Planning
- Strong knowledge of the planning system
- Experience in energy, waste, minerals, or commercial sectors is advantageous but not essential.
