Job Summary
Our top tier client from the US with offices across the globe is looking to add to their Acquisitions team in Frankfurt. In this team you will be focused on asset classes, such as logistics, residential, data centers, hospitality, office and retail.Responsibilities
- Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
- Real estate cash flow modeling, underwriting and financial analyses
- Assist with execution and monitoring of business plans post deal closing
- Support due diligence processes, deal execution and negotiations
- Ownership and responsibility early on
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, economics, real estate or finance
- 1 year at the least of prior fulltime experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity or transaction services
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
