The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Director to lead end-to-end fit-out delivery.
Operating within live, highly secure data center environments, you will take full ownership of client-side fit-out projects—from initial space planning and procurement through to ME&P integration, testing, commissioning, and final handoff. You will serve as the primary bridge between enterprise client teams, internal operations, and main contractors to ensure seamless, zero-downtime execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Drive full lifecycle delivery of enterprise fit-outs within operational data centers, adhering strictly to budget, schedule, and safety standards.
- Client Engagement: Act as the trusted technical and operational liaison for incoming enterprise clients, managing expectations, change orders, and delivery milestones.
- Contractor & Supply Chain Oversight: Lead main contractors, ME&P specialists, and vendor networks, maintaining rigorous quality control and site safety compliance.
- Operational Risk Management: Coordinate closely with live site operations teams to ensure zero disruption to existing facility uptime during fit-out activities.
- Proven Track Record: 10+ years of project management experience in critical infrastructure, commercial fit-out, or ME&P delivery (with dedicated experience in Data Centre fit-outs preferred).
- Live Site Execution: Direct experience working within operational or mission-critical facilities, with a deep understanding of strict EHS, security, and risk protocols.
- Technical Depth: Solid grasp of electrical power distribution, HVAC/cooling fit-outs, containment, and enterprise rack readiness.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage enterprise client relationships, consultants, and local site teams effectively.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Philippines.
