Macdonald & Company is presently representing a distinguished real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Miami. With a focus on ground-up construction of high-rise residential properties in strategic urban centers on a national scale. They are in search of an accomplished Project Executive and should possess a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in steering urban-infill, high-rise residential developments. As the Project Executive, you will oversee all aspects of our projects from inception through completion.


  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, encompassing pre-construction planning, design, construction, and close-out phases.
  • Develop and uphold project schedules, budgets, and stringent quality control benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless and timely project execution.
  • Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, negotiating contracts and nurturing vendor relationships. Monitor construction progress diligently, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
  • Regularly update and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Facilitate productive project team meetings, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication among all involved parties.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of extensive experience in project management, with a specialized emphasis on urban-infill, high-rise residential developments.
  • Thorough comprehension of construction methodologies, building systems, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated history of effectively delivering intricate projects within designated timelines and budget constraints.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation proficiencies.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize conflicting demands, and flexibly accommodate evolving project needs.
  • Proficiency in utilizing project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a PMP or other pertinent certifications would be advantageous.
