Job Summary
We are working with an established client who are a London based property investor and developer, hiring for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager on a full time permanent engagement.The role will support the Development Director with the delivery of a diverse portfolio of mixed-use and commercial projects ranging from smaller fit outs through to larger and more complex development initiatives. Projects will vary in size and scale and will suit a candidate who has broad asset class experience with a hands-on approach to delivery.
You will manage projects from concept and design coordination through to delivery and handover, working closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers. This is a role for someone who is structured, delivery focused and comfortable taking ownership while knowing when to escalate.
Key responsibilities will include:
- End to end project delivery across a portfolio of projects in London.
- Experience managing project programmes, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, cost tracking and commercial decision-making.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants and third-party suppliers through the full life cycle, from concept and design coordination through to delivery and handover.
Desired Skills
- Proven experience of operating in a Project Manager capacity within a client-side, consultancy, property company or similar environment.
- Experience of delivering office, retail or mixed use fit out, refurbishment and development projects.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and commercial management principles.
- Educated to degree level in a Project Management or relevant subject.
- Hold a professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM.
- Available to work on a fixed term contract basis.
