Job Summary

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to build a long-term career in commercial property? We're working with a highly respected and well-established property investment and management business that is looking to appoint a Property Administrator to support its busy Property Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and friendly business with a high-quality commercial portfolio across London. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the portfolio while working alongside experienced Property Managers, Surveyors and Finance professionals.

The Role Supporting a team of Property Managers, you'll be responsible for ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently, helping to deliver an exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support to the Property Management team.
  • Managing tenant correspondence and responding to day-to-day enquiries.
  • Maintaining property records and ensuring databases are kept up to date.
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices and contractor documentation.
  • Assisting with service charge administration and property budgets.
  • Coordinating planned maintenance works and contractor visits.
  • Preparing tenancy documentation and property reports.
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes where required.
  • Supporting health & safety and compliance administration.
  • General office and team administration.
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

You'll ideally have:
  • Previous experience within commercial property, real estate or property management administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A confident and professional communication style.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience using property management software (such as Horizon, TRAMPS, Yardi, Qube or similar) would be advantageous but isn't essential.
