Job Summary
This London based, independently owned Consultancy, focuses on commercial property management and investment agency. Due to growth, they are now looking to add a property/asset manager to their London based team. In addition to day-to-day property management, you will also be responsible for identifying asset management opportunities across a mixed-use portfolio of commercial properties across London and the South East.You will be MRICS qualified and ideally at Surveyor/Senior Surveyor level and hold a driving license. This office based role will see you undertake a wide range of duties including:
- Identifying and capitalising on potential value-added and asset management opportunities.
- Establishing regular contact with tenants.
- Reviewing and issuing service charge budgets and year-end reconciliations.
- Managing our FM Partners to ensure effective delivery of daily management services.
- Overseeing the management of applications for licenses to assign, sub-let, and make alterations.
- Providing advice on project delivery, including PPM and refurbishment projects.
- Conducting lease management to ensure lease terms are followed and assets are protected.
- Monitoring and reporting lease events to clients and acting on their instructions.
