Job Summary
Macdonald & Company have been instructed by London based, multi-disciplinary consultancy.They are one of the longest standing and well reputed consultancies operating in central London and have been operating for nearly 100 years.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record and experience in commercial property management, knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law including the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.
- Knowledge and experience in managing single-let and multi-let office buildings and retail units.
- Strong understanding of budget setting, cost control and service charge recovery/administration.
Salary up to £55,000 + Benefits
