Job Summary
Macdonald & Company are working exclusively with a new client who are a West End, multi -disciplinary real estate consultancy.They’re looking to make 2 hires due to growth with one being for an RICS qualified Property & Asset Manager.
They have a range of clients from Private Investors, Prop Co’s, Funds and HNWI’s and the portfolio is varied and mixed between offices/retail/industrial, within Central London and the South, with approximately 80 properties. As a specialist practice, the commercial management instructions involve the full range of activities from day-to-day property management to identifying and exploiting asset management opportunities.
This opportunity is to join a team of energised and highly driven team of property professionals. You’ll have great autonomy extended and the opportunity to work directly with investors/ property owners.
You’ll be tasked with the following aspects:
Overview:
- Identifying and exploiting potential added value / asset management opportunities
- Preparation of regular client management reports for client management meetings
- Day to day liaison with clients
- Regular contact with tenants
- Review and issuing service charge budgets and year end reconciliations
Salary up to £70,000 + pension + great incentives
All applicants must be RICS and happy with no less than 4 days a week in the office.
